§ 10-39. Existing conditions.

Notwithstanding any provisions in this chapter to the contrary, no condition existing in the cemetery as of the date of adoption of the ordinance from which this chapter is derived shall be deemed a violation of this chapter, if the condition continues to exist without interruption, and if the superintendent of cemeteries does not determine that the condition is a threat to public safety.
