§ 10-29. Interments per grave or gravesite.

  • Except as provided in this section and section 10-33, the remains of only one human body may be interred in a grave or gravesite. A parent and an infant child, or two children of less than three years of age, may be interred together if they are interred at the same time; however, they may not be interred together in Babyland. In extraordinary circumstances, the superintendent of cemeteries may approve other multiple interments in a single gravesite.
