§ 10-17. Decor removal.

The superintendent of cemeteries may remove or order removed all floral designs, trees, shrubs, plants or herbage of any kind, and may also remove toys or any other kind of nongreen decoration as soon as such items become unsightly, detrimental or diseased, in the opinion of the superintendent of cemeteries. The township has no responsibility to return to its owners any item the superintendent of cemeteries so removes or orders removed.
