§ 10-13. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Interments, disinterments, removals or cremation interment services shall be subject to an additional fee set by the township board and added to the regular interment charge if they occur on Saturdays, Sundays or any of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve Day, and any additional holidays specified by the township board.
