§ 10-6. Same—Transfer.

No gravesites may be transferred to another person without prior written approval of the clerk, after receiving a written request for transfer from the current owner of the gravesite. No gravesite shall be purchased or sold or rights transferred for speculative purposes. No gravesite shall be used for any other purpose than for burial of the human dead. Burial rights may only be transferred to those persons eligible to be original purchasers of cemetery lots or burial spaces.
