§ 10-22. Shrubs.

All new shrub plantings on a grave or a gravesite, and the location of the plantings, must be approved and planted by the superintendent of cemeteries. Plantings will only be allowed on a family plot. A shrub on a grave or a gravesite will be cared for by the township. Shrubs may not exceed 36 inches in height or 24 inches in diameter. Any shrub that is larger is subject to removal by the township.
